Shipping policy

This policy covers orders from Kraftr. Every piece is made in Mumbai, India, and shipped from there.

What it costs

Delivery is free, and every parcel is insured for its full value until it is in your hands. There are no handling or packing charges.

When your piece is dispatched

Each product page says how soon the piece is dispatched, usually within 7 days. Engraved pieces are engraved and checked before they leave, which is included in that time. Your order confirmation repeats the date. If anything delays it, we will email you before that date with a new one, and you can cancel for a full refund.

How long delivery takes

After dispatch, delivery usually takes:

• Metro cities: 3 to 5 working days
• Elsewhere in India: 5 to 8 working days

These are typical times from our insured courier, Sequel Logistics, not promises; remote areas can take longer. We deliver to any Indian PIN code our courier serves. If yours isn't, we will tell you before dispatch and refund you in full.

Tracking

We email you the tracking link and the courier's reference as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Delivery with an OTP

Jewellery is handed over only to the person named on the order, or someone they choose, and only with a one-time password (OTP) sent to the phone number on the order. Please keep that phone with you on the delivery day.

The courier tries twice. If the parcel can't be delivered, it comes back to us and we contact you. We will send it again once at no cost. If that delivery fails too, you can pay the courier charge for another try, or we refund you in full.

Check the seal

Every parcel is tamper-sealed. If the seal or the box looks broken or opened, don't accept it. Refuse it and tell us; we will send a replacement or refund you. If you notice a problem after opening it, keep all the packaging and, if you can, an unboxing video, and tell us within 48 hours of delivery, as set out in our Return and refund policy.

Changing the address

You can change the delivery address free of charge until your order is dispatched. Write to care@kraftrjewelry.com with your order number. After dispatch, we can't redirect an insured parcel, but we can bring it back and send it again.

Gifts

You can send a piece straight to someone else. Their name and phone number go on the delivery, so they receive the OTP. The invoice is emailed to you, not put in the box. Your gift message goes on a card inside.

Outside India

Each country shop will set out its delivery times, and whether duties and local taxes are included, before it opens. Orders for the UAE, United States and Canada will also ship from Mumbai by insured courier.
